I'm also having this issue, intermittently, on Mac Mini M2 Pro w/ Sonoma. Seems to work as expected when booting up, but after some time (sometimes 5 mins, sometimes 2 hours) the modifier keys stop...

João my Intuos Pro is less than a year old. I highly doubt the battery issue is due to age.

I may also be having issues with the battery percentage being incorrect. I've noticed the tablet "dying" quicker than normal, and as soon as I plug it in - the driver crashes, Wacom Center freezes ...
