Counterfeit Wacom Intuos Pro Medium

My Intuos Pro Medium stopped working and my internet searches have recommended reseting my Wacom tablet by pressing its reset button. The only problem is my Wacom tablet does not have a reset button.

I'm guessing this tablet is a counterfeit and wonder if there's a way to check the tablet's legitimacy? I tried registering the device but got stuck where I was asked to input the SBD Key; I bought this tablet secondhand without packaging.
