wacom driver issue

Hello,

I have the Wacom Intuos pro and while I'm very happy with it. However, I keep having to deinstall and reinstall the driver.

Just wondering if there is a more permanent way to resolve issue this because it is getting frustrating.

  Hi Ian, 

  You should definitely not have do to that. Can you tell us a bit more about your setup and the issue you are having? 

  • OS version
  • Driver version
  • Driver error messages?

  Hello,

  I have the intuos pen tablet. i cannot wait to finally use it, but40 attempts to download driver fail on install and the site runs you in a big circle, support circles you back to where you were ,no end in site and re-entering info so many times, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! is this site broken?

  Hi Jody, 

  The site seems to be working fine at the moment but perhaps there was a temporary issue? 

  Can you tell me what is the issue with the driver? Are there any error messages? Are you not able to complete the download?
