SBD key on Wacom Intuos 4

I was going to download the driver and everything is just fine, but when it comes to restart, my laptop won't turn on with the Wacom connected. 

Now i'm having trouble with the SBD key, since I bought my Wacom Intuos 4 secondhand without packaging.

  Hi, 

  The SBD Key is probably already used and cannot be reused. Also, the Intuos 4 has been discontinued for quite some time. 

  What operating system and and driver version are you using? What happens exactly when you try to boot your computer?

  Hi João, I’m having the same issue! I also purchased mine secondhand as well. The driver I installed is no good. I need to find an older diver, I purchased this for my little girl she Draws amazing animes, but wants to practice under computer. What can I do to get this tablet to work for her?

  Then you need to download the latest driver:
