Disconnecting problem with intuous pro medium size (PTH-660)
I bought my intutous pro pen tablet about several months ago, and since I'm using the pen tablet on MacBook, I also bought USB C type to connect my tablet to the laptop.
It has been functioning pretty well until few days ago. Somehow, the Wacom driver on my MacBook didn't recognized connected device. I tried changing the location of connector, but all of the three available connector didn't worked. I've thought it might be battery problem as well, but I wasn't sure if I can charge the battery by connecting it to the charger since it didn't show any response.
Whenever it connects and disconnects to MacBook for a short period of time, there is a sign touch off appearing on the screen and I'm not sure what it means. It glitches a lot and lost the signal for good at this point :/

I am also having this issue! Mine won't seem to connect at all 80% of the time.
PTH 660 and Mac Book Pro1 -
My PTH 660 has worked really well for a long time but is suddenly exhibiting this behavior as well with my MacBook pro. First there were conflicts with external USB drives when both were connected at the same time. Then the problem seemed to only occur when the pen tablet was physically connected by the USB cable. Now I get nothing when physically connected and a brief notification that touch is off when the USB cable is disconnected but no input from the pen tablet. Attempting to open the Wacom center app results in a hang during synchronizing that eventually fails and presents an error that "The tablet driver is not responding." Restarting and/or reinstalling the driver does not fix the problem. Currently running MacOS 13.3.1 (mostly out of fear that even more items will stop working if I update). Current pen tablet driver downloaded and installed again moments ago. It is essentially a large coaster.
