My Wacom Cursor keeps jumping about
I cannot use my Wacom tablet as my cursor jumps about whenever I tried to use it. I have tried all options and contacted wacom support on several occasions. They have no clue as to what is happening and I had to disable the HID compliant touch driver for it to stop acting this way. However with this driver disabled, I am also not able to use the touch mode of my Wacom Cintiq 24HD Touch Tablet, and my Tablet just becomes a normal monitor. However I need to use it for a project that I am currently doing, as I have to draw and sketch directly on my screen, and I now need to revisit this problem to find a permanent solution to it. This problem has been existing for years now and I can see that most people have that problem online, in which the wacom tablet cursor keeps jumping about. Is there now a solution for this?

Hi,
I checked your previous tickets in our system. Unfortunately, I can confirm you have a hardware issue with your Cintiq 24HD Touch (DTH-2400) touch sensor. The sensor is giving ghost inputs to the system and resetting the cursor to a position where the ghost touch occurs. You can verify this if you manage to open the device diagnostics.
The device would need to be repaired for a permanent fix but unfortunately, the DTH-2400 was discontinued in 2015 and is out of repair service by now. We don't have spare parts left to be able to repair it.
Sorry for not providing better news.
