Bamboo paper books won't open

I have a PC setup with 3 monitors. If I duplicate my wacom - one 13 with one of these monitors, I can use the Bamboo paper app without any problems. When I configure my Wacom - one 13 as a 4th screen, which is how I want to use it, I can't open the books and therefore can't use the app.

How can I resolve this issue
