Wacom Center not downloading

I've tried over an over again installing and deleting the driver and all the videos I find to help with my problem don't ever come across this as soon as they "Restart Now" they were met with an application. I have no application all I have is the tablet preference file utility, display settings and tablet properties. I've looked through my files over and over again and I just can't find it. The sad part is is that my tablet came with software I'll never be able to get until I figure this out. I've had this since march.

  Hi Maleah, 

  I assume you are on Windows right? Is this the first Wacom device you have installed on this computer? 

  Perhaps some lingering files from a bad or older installation are causing issues.
