My Wacom Intous Pro PTH-460 doesn't connect to the Wacom software

My Wacom Intous Pro PTH-460 doesn't connect to the Wacom software on my new computer. I am using an adaptor for the usb to type c and the power is on because when I hut the button on the tablet it shines in blue.
