Short freeze when switching apps Ventura
I have this frustrating issue where everytime I switch between a app the Wacom pointer freezes for a second, I especially notice it when switching between an Adobe CC app and f.e. Chrome of a different CC app (from illustrator to photoshop f.e.).
What can I do?

Hello,
This is a known issue connected with CPU load. It is documented in our last release notes:

Thanks... unfortunately that didn't make a difference. I'm guess I should roll back to older drivers maybe?

This was also present in the previous version. While cumbersome, this only happens when switching apps and returns to normal shortly after. The team is working on it so my recommendation is to wait for an official fix in a future update.

I contact support via Chat and they advised me to switch back to 6.4.0-8. I'll give this a try because this is really really tiresome to work.

Update: it worked. I rolled back to the older drivers. This was the instruction I got;
First uninstall the driver , by following the steps on this link :
Then follow these steps for the driver´s installation :
1.Disconnect the tablet from your computer entirely, then please take the necessary steps to manually uninstall your driver: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006264541-How-do-I-uninstall-manually-and-re-install-the-Wacom-driver-on-Mac-OS-for-a-Pen-Tablet-Pen-Display-or-Pen-Computer-
2.Then please install this driver version ( 6.4.0-8 ) : https://cdn.wacom.com/u/productsupport/drivers/mac/professional/WacomTablet_6.4.0-8.dmg
3. Restart your computer
4. Connect your Wacom device and test it again
In case the steps , don´t work, I advise you to create a second user account on the computer, and install the driver from there.
If it works on the second account, then , there is something in the main account preventing the tablet to work as expected, and that is Apple software related.
The second account must also have Admin permissions
