Web app migration

Hi. I have a wacom tablet stu 451/k. I also have a web app that captures signatures whit another tablet. I want to change old tablet and start using my Wacom tablet in my already implemented app. Is there any guide on how to achieve that? Any developer guide to use the tablet from a web browser?

Any help would be highly appreciated
