Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 Touch Bonus Software Included- Clip Studio Paint EX Except not listed in Wacom Centre??

As the title says.

I cannot redeem Clip Studio Paint EX as it is not appearing in Wacom Centre after updating and registering new Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 Touch.

It shows

Bluescape

MASV

H22 Harmony 22

S22 Storyboard Pro

Shapr3d

but no Clip Studio Paint EX as listed in

Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 Touch DTH-2420

  Hi Alexander Reilly, 

  I am a bit confused because on the product page, Clip Studio Paint is not mentioned: 

  https://www.wacom.com/en-de/products/pen-displays/wacom-cintiq-pro-24
  
  I have created a support ticket for you so we can check this information and confirm if ClipStudio should be included or not.

  If this helps the link I sent is from local Uk store and I think the link you sent is from German estore which does look different from mine for sure which has been the clip studio ex offer for quite a while now.

  The link I sent is not for the eStore. It's for our main page. There is no difference with the UK url though. Neither show ClipStudio as an offer. We are checking this and will get back to you by email.

  Hi 

  Have looked at Wacom Uk site this morning and seen launch of new Cintiq 17, 22 and the existing 27 (2022) models.

  Fantastic, they look great.

  In the New Launch webpage these models now include Clip Studio Paint Ex software like the previous link i uploaded for the Wacom Pro 24 Touch that i just registered yesterday the one you seemingly cannot see on your browser but i can on mine. 

  Both clearly mention the same software offer.

  Hi Alexander Reilly, 

  I am still investigating this but please bear in mind 2 things:

  • As I said before, the link I sent you is NOT to the Estore - It's of the product page in the main website. I can see the offer in the eStore link as well. 
  • Software offers are not the same for every product - just because the latest Cintiq Pro Generation includes ClipStudio, does not mean every other model will.

  Please bear with me while I investigate this further and see what we can do. We will contact you by email once I have an answer.
