Connectivity and Battery issues
When I try to connect my intuos pro large to my new windows laptop, it shows 0% battery and refuses to pair via bluetooth. It also does not connect when I plug it in with a cord, but the orange light to indicate that it is charging will come on, so I know the cord has no problems. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest driver as well as installing an older driver but nothing works. The desktop center also does not detect the tablet.
I was able to pair my wacom tablet to 2 other laptops (windows and mac) prior to this one, so I'm unsure what the issue is, though I had gotten my tablet as a gift when it first came out (2017), so it could be an age issue.

When you connect the tablet to your computer through the cable and the orange LED lights up, please open the Wacom Center and check if you see any error messages.

And just in case, try a different cable for good measure.
