Quick Charger
I have a question about the Bamboo Ink Plus pen. Is it compatible with quick chargers? I saw a different pen on Amazon and, in the description, it was mentioned that quick chargers should not be used with the pen because they can cause harm to the internal chip. I observed earlier today that my pen looks to no longer be accepting charges. It is the same scenario as the one mentioned in this post. The cable works and the charger works; however, the pen’s charging light is not illuminated when the charging cable is connected to the pen. That suggests that the pen hardware is malfunctioning. I ordered the pen through Amazon and saw that the order was placed almost 2 years ago. Perhaps 2 years (or somewhere around that time) is the expected usage time for the pen and it is simply time to replace it. If the Bamboo Ink Plus is not designed for quick chargers, does someone know where I can find a pen that is designed for those. It also needs to work with a Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1 tablet. All of the pens that I saw on Amazon that referenced quick chargers were designed for the iPad.

Thank you for the information, João. I might simply need to replace the pen due to its age then. João, I have some great news. I disconnected my pen from the charger and the computer showed the battery to be 100% full. This suggests that the pen’s battery still charges; however, the orange charging indicator has “conked out.” That is excellent, considering the cost of the pen.

After using it, the next time I connected the charger, the light on the side even illuminated. That was unexpected.
