Old Tablet, New Jitters!

Recent issue: Windows 10 (Up to date), with old, reliable Graphite tablet. Seen me through thick and thin (please don't say toss it). (Probably) after a Win update, cursor developed a pronounced jitter and clicks became somewhat unreliable. Figured I needed the new driver. Nope. Figured I needed to back off to the old driver. Nope. REALLY distracting and irritating. Wondering if any kindred souls have experienced this issue and have come up with a solution. Needless to say, it would be greatly appreciated.
