Cannot Sign Documents Without Wacom App

Hi All,

I'm new here. I hope everyone is fine. We recently purchased two Wacom STU-540 signature pads. The purpose was to allow our users to electronically sign documents and move away from wasting paper. Our in-house developers are trying to integrate the pad into our in-house ERP system.

We've installed the driver and Wacom Sign Pro PDF in the meantime on a PC, but it we cannot figure out how to sign documents without first loading it into the Wacom Sign Pro PDF app. Is this how the device is meant to work or are we missing something in the setup?

Surely, we're not meant to load every single document into the Wacom Sign Pro PDF app before we can sign them? Would appreciate some clarity on this please. Thanks in advance.
