Tablet Not Working with iMac Sonoma OS

I had to have my iMac wiped by Apple because its performance had slowed so much. I reinstalled everything from my Time Machine, but it does not recognize my PTH 860 tablet or pen. I did everything suggested on the Wacom website to correct this, but it still isn't working. I use this for my photography work and this is horrible. Please help! Thanks!

  I would recommend that you run a clean driver install and that you manually add all the permissions if you haven't already: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006264541-How-do-I-uninstall-manually-and-re-install-the-Wacom-driver-on-macOS-for-a-Pen-Tablet-Pen-Display-or-Pen-Computer-

  If that doesn't help, make sure your device is properly plugged in and check the Wacom Center for an error message.
