Support Button Working?

Does the Support Button work? I bought (November 2023) another Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 (new version) a few weeks ago and cannot find the manual. Typing in the above name for the equipment brought up a manual for a Wacom Tablet that I already have (made in 2011) but which recently stopped working when two computers died. The old tablet did work in the summer but now I cannot get the new driver to work for it.  Since 2011 I have previously bought 4 tablets, and some smaller equipment that never worked but are no longer listed for sale. I have learned not to buy new items from Wacom until they have been for sale for at least two years,

  Yes. As far as I can tell, the support button is working. It searches directly into our FAQ, or will allow you to chat with an agent (if available). It is not really designed to lead you to product documentation.

  Just make sure you select the model number from the search bar, or select it from the dropdown list down below.
