New Wacom Intuos Pro not charging? (Windows)
I recently purchased a Medium Wacom Intuos Pro through Amazon and it doesn't seem to be charging. At first, the orange light was on when I plugged it into my computer through the USB cord, and I was able to draw on it for a couple of hours. I noticed it was lagging a couple of hours into drawing and noticed the light was still orange or not on at all. I plugged it into multiple different outlets, with multiple different cords, and still nothing. The light doesn't turn on at all, but still connects to my computer. If the light does turn on, it's always orange and never turns green (as it should if it's fully charged, to my understanding). When I try to pair it through Bluetooth to my computer, I press on the touch ring button but it never turns to a pulsing blue light as I believe it is supposed to. I'm using Windows 11 and using the 6.4 4-3 Windows driver. Is this fixable or should I try to exchange it?
