Wacom One pen disconnects and does not reconnect.
I'm on an iBUYPOWER computer running Windows 11. I have used my Wacom One on this machine for several months with no issues. Today, however, after not using it for a few weeks, I turned it on to find my tablet working fine, but no pen functionality. The computer would not recognize the pen at all.
I went on the Wacom site and downloaded the most recent driver for this tablet and restarted the machine. The pen worked for about 20 minutes after that but stopped working again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the new driver. Once again, the pen worked for several minutes, but disconnected. Each time it disconnects, it will not reconnect.
I have checked pen settings on Windows, and it gave me no helpful options. Restarting the driver on Wacom Center also did nothing, but I opted to log the program every time it runs. Unfortunately, the log files under the .waczip extension can't be run by any program I tried, so I have no further info to give that might help solve the issue.
I don't know what else to do at this point. I have noticed that every time the pen stops working, the cursor freezes for a few seconds. Not even the mouse works during that period.

Please contact the support team and share those logs so the driver team can check.
You can also check the Windows Event Viewer to check for errors what could be causing the freeze.
