Grip pen not working, error message

When I use the grip pen on the tablet, this error message pops up. I have done the two suggestions but still doesnt work. What can I do to get it to work? Thanks, Edith

  Hi Edith Delinde,

  This means that the permissions are not properly set:

  Please try:

  • unplug your tablet
  • manually remove both Wacom items under Accessibility and Input monitoring using the "-" button
  • restart your mac
  • Plug your tablet back in
  • Follow the prompts again to re-add the permissions under under Accessibility and Input Monitoring
