Register my Wacom Intuos Tablet

Hello!
I am having a serious problem.
I tried to register my tablet but apparently it doesn't recognize it in "Devices Manager".
I uninstalled and reinstalled Wacom Center and still have the same registration problem. 
And I bought my tablet from another store and not the official Wacom store, is that why I can't register my tablet? It is not even second hand. I just want to know if there is any solution for this.

  Hi Andy Ruiz, 

  According to the Wacom Center, the tablet is detected. Please make sure you have created your Wacom ID account and that you are logged in.
