Movink - Display Off (Tablet Mode)

I want to use my Movink just as Tablet input device (Tablet Mode) like I used my Cintiq 13 Pro and just turn on the screen when I wanna draw something. In the settings under advanced settings I can switch the power button from „power off to „display off“ but this seems not to work. Or at least it is not working on my Mac. Is there a workaround for that? Also is there a solution to torn off the display on a mac?

  This question slipped under the radar, apologies for that. 

  There is no option to use the Movink only as a pen tablet. I am not sure to you which function you are referring to in the post above but these are the options on the Movink 13 Menu:
