my wacom pen disconects

Hi I dont know why my wacom pen keeps disconnecting

relevant info:

-Cintiq 16

-pro pen 2

  Welcome to the community. 

  Can you tell me which operating system you are using and what do you see in the Wacom Center when the disconnection happens? 

  What do you do to reconnect the pen and the Cintiq?

  Please note there are a couple of main reasons why a disconnection (or something that could be perceived as one could happen):

  • Cable connection - a faulty or poorly connected cable can cause connection issues so please make sure everything is connected properly
  • Driver crash - A driver crash can lead to the pen input stopping until the driver is restarted.
