Files not opening on my tablet

I have a new wacom Cintiq Pro tablet. Files are not opening on my tablet, just on my (second) monitor. Even if I select a file from File Explorer on my tablet, everything opens on my monitor. I cannot work on these files this way. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi Bryan deBlois, 

  You need to drag the Application to your Cintiq like you would drag any other window. You can do this using the Display Toggle feature or alternatively, use a mouse or touchpad.

  Please note that we do not control how or on which display the App will open. Normally this is set to open on the main display. You can also change the display arrangement of your setup depending on this Operating System you are using.
