No Signal Issue with Wacom One Touch Pen Display 13
Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with my Wacom One Touch Pen Display 13 Touch. When I turn the tablet on, I hear the connection sound, the LED light turns on, the Wacom logo appears briefly, and then disappears. After that, I get a message saying:
“No signal. Press the OSD button...”
I have already:
-
Reinstalled the drivers
-
Checked all display settings
-
Verified the cables and connections
-
Restarted both the tablet and my laptop
My laptop is about one and a half year old and everything was working perfectly until I recently upgraded Windows 11. I suspect the issue started after the upgrade, but I am not sure.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Kristina laetifico studio,
Thanks for reaching out.
The message you are seeing means there is no video signal reaching the Wacom One. This means you will need to check the cables, and the video source, which is your computer Video output port.
Please see the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006336902-My-Wacom-Pen-Display-has-no-image-on-the-screen-What-do-I-do
If you recently upgraded to Windows 11, you might also need to upgrade your GPU drivers.
