Photoshop/Illustrator (2025 Versions) Unable to open documents from app home screen

Hello, when using Photoshop and Illustrator, I'm unable to open a document from the home screen. The Home Screen has an image icon and a title. I can single-click both of these with a mouse, and the document will open. I can't tap either with my Intuos (CTL-4100WL) and get one to open. I'm using the latest 2025 versions of both apps, running MacOS Sequoia 15.5, and Wacom Driver 6.4.10-3. I've tried changing the settings to Hover click and Click & tap, and it doesn't make a difference.

  Hi Cheri Moe, 

  Have you also tried altering the pen sensitivity and double-click distance?
