My Cintiq is Showing a "No Signal" Message when I Try and Turn on the Screen, but the Mouse Function is still Operating
I've been trying to connect my Cintiq to my Macbook Air. When I make sure all the adapters are in place and there is power to both devices, I try to turn on the screen on the Cintiq and there's a no signal message. However, after it goes into sleep mode, the mouse syncing still works on my Macbook, but the screen is completely black. I do have to use a USB to C adapter to plug it in, since the Macbook has no USB port, is that the issue? I'm using three seperate ones and yet still no result. What's going on?
