Wacom one (DTC133) screen won't work but pen moves the cursor on my PC

I've got all the connections plugged in but I get a "no signal" message on the tablet. However, I'm still able to move my computer cursor with the pen. Is the HDMI connector just busted? I updated the software and restarted my computer already.

  Hi Phoebe Glenn, 

  Please try the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006336902-My-Wacom-Pen-Display-has-no-image-on-the-screen-What-do-I-do

  Make sure the connector to the DTC-133 is plugged in the correct direction (cable should "point" to the left). 

  If that doesn't fix the problem, you may need a replacement cable.
