    Hi René Preys

So, just to reassure you, the driver should definitely be compatible.

Can you please confirm which computer you are using and which operating system? Can you also confirm how you connected the dongle to the computer?

Is this a USB 3.0 port?

My first suspicion is an interference issue or a problem with the USB dongle.

    it's a PC windows 11

the connection between the remote and the computer is usb 2. It's the same cable I use for the connection with the cintq where it works well.

On my other computer windows 11, connected to the cintq, I disconnected the remote and then reconnected it with this cable without any problems. On this computer, I also was able to connect the remote without cable.

but with the second computer there seems to be a problem. Is it due to some setting of the computer?

    Hi again,

So if I understand correctly, the dongle still works fine and the remote is detected if you try it in a different computer and it's only one computer that cannot make the connection correct?

I'm not sure what could cause this but it is indeed very strange. Perhaps there is some unusual power setting on that USB port?
Are there other USB ports you could / have tested before?
Are there other peripherals connected such as a Bluetooth headset, mouse and/or keyboard?

I've connected the computer with both the cintq and the Movink. On the wacom center, both appear also with the remote. But as soon as i turn off the cintq, the remote also disappears. I tried to 'forget device' while the cintq was 'on' and reconnect it, but again once cintq 'out', remove is gone. After having done 'forget device' and deconnect cintq, the remove doesn't want to connect to the wacom center.

    Hi René Preys

So and the dongle of the Remote is connected to the computer as well right, not to the Cintiq?
That is very strange to be honest. I have never encountered such an issue before.

When connecting the USB dongle directly to the computer, it should be able to detect the the remote regardless of whatever other Wacom may or not be connected - it is a stand alone device.

Please make sure the USB dongle receiver is correctly connected to the computer. If needed, check in the device manager if Windows is detecting it.

    Hi Joao,

I checked in the device manager and did some update of the usb controllers and now it is working. I have no idea what was really the problem.

Anyway, thanks for your patience and your help,
