Wacom One 13 not connecting properly to Mac Mini M4 - also very dark
I have a Wacom One 13 that I use to do online math tutoring work. I used to use it on a PC, with all the connectivity it worked absolutely fine and had no issues with the drivers etc.
However, I have had all sorts of problems with it on my Mac Mini M4. Even though the connectivity is exactly the same, the screen is significantly darker than my main display, even when the brightness has been turned all the way up on the software. I am also noticing that when I go onto the Wacom Tablet Utility, the software alternates between recognising that the tablet is plugged in, and not.
I am very confused as to why this is happening. The USB and HDMI cables are both plugged into a USB-C hub, but that's not an issue because when I plugged that into my work laptop, it sent the signal through to the display absolutely fine, with no discernible changes in brightness.

Hi Oliver Bond,
Thanks for reaching out and for all the details. Can you please confirm the model number of your Wacom One?
Are you using the same power source for both connections? The fact that brightness is maxed out in the settings but still appears dim, suggests there is not enough power being supplied to the display.
