Wacom One 12 Pen cease to work after few minutes
Hi!
I've just received my Wacom One 12.
I'm using it under Windows 10. USB C Cable connected to my GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.
All was working fine (recognize as a third display since I was dual screen), the pen was wroking. But all of a sudden no input possible from the pen. The screen was still displaying something and my computer mouse was able to work on the tablet. It's just like if the pen was off.
Wacom center says nothing in diagnostic. And I don't know if it's supposed to log something somewhere.
I've tried to uninstall the drivers like suggested on a wacom page.
I've tried different versions of the driver (6.4.5-5 at first, then 6.4.10-3 then 6.4.3-1).
The only thing that works is to power off and on again the tablet. Then the pen will work again for few minutes (sometimes it cease to work on the firsts input, sometime I can do more drawing or sculpting, like 10 to 20 minutes max).
I've also tried updating my graphics drivers. And also connecting the 2 USB cables provided: one to the graphics card + one to a electrical outlet. Same behaviour.
I don't know what to do next so here I am!
Thanks!

Hi Guillaume Martin,
Thanks for reaching out and for all the details.
Does it always stop working after the same exact amount of time has passed? If you connect the USB-C cable for video to the graphics card and then the other USB cable you have to the computer for power and data, does it help?
I don't think this is a driver issue (otherwise you would no be able to open the diagnostics) so please stick to the latest driver version.
I suspect the problem here is that the USB-C port of the graphics card is not setup up to transfer data and is shutting down data transmission after a while. Please check if there are any settings you can adjust there and try a different USB-C port on your computer. Also check with the GFX card manufacturer for advise here if needed.
