    Thanks for letting us know. Which driver version do you currently have installed? 

    Please note that normally, as long as a device is connected and detected by the operating system, it should show up in the Wacom Center. 

    Just to confirm there is no Hardware issue: 

    • Does the EKR Led still light up when you power it ON?
    • If you plug the USB receiver directly to your computer, and turn ON the EKR, does it connect?
