Pen/Mouse on Wacom Display Stuttering
Recently and out of nowhere, as I'm drawing my cursor will lag behind my mouse every second or so which will result in a hard sharp line to catch up to where my pen is. I thought it might be a software issue but it persists on any drawing software. I then thought it might be a pen issue but it also stutters when I use my wired mouse as well. I've updated my drivers, reverted my drivers, uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled almost everything wacom related at least once and it still keeps stuttering. I don't know why this is happening. Please help!

If this also happens when you use a mouse, then you can exclude the issue being with the Wacom tablet or driver.
I have seen this in the past and it always occurred at a specific time interval. If you record yourself, you will probably be able to observe this as well.
My first recommendation is to confirm that the whole system is up to date, including graphics card drivers.
