Worst New Product Ever...Do not purchase
Recently upgraded to new Intuos Pro 2025. It has been a nightmare. Older pen tablet was a delight and never had issues. The driver for this new tablet on Tahoe new Apple M4 operating system takes time to Sync everytime I shut down my computer. Waiting for it to sync is quite annoying. Then Wacom eliminated the touch control on Intuos Pro...what the heck- new pen tablet downgraded quality.
Using older Intuos entry level pen tablet on 2 year old M1 iMac operating also with Tahoe and The tablet driver does not respond. So far the only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall EVERYTIME I put iMac to sleep. Have spoken to customer service and NO SOLUTIONS! Hoping that WACOM gets it together to fix these issues.

There is a know issue with Mac OS and sleep mode. The Wacom Driver is not able to recover from sleep properly but a reboot allows the driver to start correctly. This is an issue on Mac OS side which the driver team is working to tackle.
We are also aware of long times for the driver to start in certain instances but we are not able to change process launch order. We are also looking at options from our end to make this process simpler on Mac OS but we also need to work together with Apple to tackle this one.
