Pen will uncalibrate mid-use
Initially when I turned on my cintiq 16 the cursor was off set from the pen, the calibration didn't work so I reinstalled the driver and restarted my computer. This fixed it. However, in the middle of using it, the gap returned and again could not be recalibrated. This all occurred in the span of around 30 minutes so, it's not possible for me to reinstall and restart every time this happens.
The gap is significant, almost an inch and a half off from where my cursor is at it's worst and the gap changes based on where you point the pen. It has not been dropped or damaged, so I am unsure why this randomly happened today.

Can you tell us a bit more about your setup? Which operating system and how many monitors you have and how they are setup?
From your description seems that your mapping is switching from a single monitor (you Cintiq 16) to your whole setup. This can happen if there is a faulty video connection and the display data is not properly transmitted to the operating system, or if you accidentally trigger the "Display Toggle" function on the Wacom Cintiq.
- Please make sure all your displays are correctly connected and try to avoid any adapters if possible.
- Make sure you don't have "Display Toggle" assigned to any key or pen button.
