Wacom loses connection
I have a home Wacom (PTH-660) and a work Wacom 2025 model (PTK670K0C).
I'm am running a MacBook Pro (OS Tahoe 26.1)
Periodically, the Wacom centre displays 'Touch off' and the Wacom tablet loses connection.
I have tried the following to rectify the problem, but with no success.
• Turning off all touch settings in the Wacom Centre
• Quit and restart the Wacom Centre
• Restart the computer
• Completely wipe and reinstall the Wacom driver
• Applied the driver firmware update.
The issue is becoming very frustrating, as the Wacom only last for a few minutes before it loses connection.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

What you report suggests potentially a driver issue with Touch crashing or a hardware issue with the touch control itself.
The message will appear if the driver crashes and restarts, re-establishing the connection with the tablet,
I have a few follow-up questions:
- What are the recovery steps you are doing when the issue happens?
- What is you usual touch status? Is the Touch Toggle On or Off by default?
- Can you try the work device at home to see if there is an issue with the driver or the hardware?
