Wacom One DTC133 screen won't work and my PC detected it as mouse
Hello, long-time user of Wacom One DTC133 here. Recently, I changed my laptop to a PC, and there's a complication when I try to install the tablet.
Whenever I plug the tablet, it always connects to the mouse port like this and not the display port, so I can't see the screen. The screen goes into power-saving mode, it won't work, but the pen still works.
I have tried to reinstall the software (using the newest version 6.4.11-1) and plug it in and out of another USB port on my PC. I think the cable is connected properly (the position, HDMI, is the same as when I used it on my laptop back then). Is there any optimal solution to this? Is there a certain fix for this?
Please help. I'm going bald from trying to fix this.

Hello Salma Afina Rosyada,
Thanks for reaching out.
What you describe indicates an issue with the video signal. I would recommend you check the connection of your Wacom ONE carefully and make sure everything is connected accordingly. Since you now have a PC chances are you have multiple HDMI ports so try a different one as well.
If the problem persists, you might need to replace the X-cable - Reference: ACK44506Z
