I'm having trouble with my screen toggle feature

I have a Wacom One, and when I installed it, it said I can only use the screen toggle for a setup with two screens, but the issue is that I have two screens. I think it's possible that I could've installed the wrong one as it says mine is a Wacom One 13. I've tried completely clearing the tablets memory from my device through windows settings but it immediately remembers the device when I plug it back in. I'm not sure if that is the issue or something else at this point.
