Cintiq 16, HDMI, no signal.
Hi, I recently purchased a Cintiq 16, and for the life of me cant get it to display properly. I've been trying to get it to connect to my PC, so I purchased the 3 in 1 wacom converter kit, plugged everything in, made sure the HDMI is going into my graphics card, a 4070ti, but nothing. I've updated my graphics drivers, made sure the tablet is up to date, restarted over and over but nothing. Sometimes as well, I can see the tablet appear in my display settings for windows 10, but only sometimes. In those times its there extend display is indeed enabled. So, I'm really unsure what to do as I have all official products.

Hi Edward Piedmont,
Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm which version of the Cintiq 16 you have? Is it the DTK1660, or the DTK168?
If I understand correctly, when you power ON the Cintiq, you see the Wacom logo and then the No Signal message correct?
This means always that the video signal from the computer is not reaching the Cintiq. In these situations, the only thing that can be done is check the video connection again very carefully. Here are a few resources you can use to help you:
