"Compatible display device not found" can't access display settings
I'm all out of options, I've been having this issue for weeks and Wacom doesn't seem to know what's actually wrong with it so here I am asking for help.
I've just bought a new laptop, a macbook pro M5 14 inch, and whenever I plug it into my Wacom Cintiq (22inch DTK-2260) and try to adjust display settings, the Wacom drivers comes up with the error that says "Compatible display device not found, To use this app please connect a compatible display device such as a Cintiq or MobileStudio Pro". The wacom is fully plugged in, it works properly, I can draw on it and use it perfectly fine, but can't adjust any of the display settings.
Wacom advised me to replace my HDMI adaptor to their Wacom On-the-go USB A to Type C Adaptor, but the issue persists. Does anyone have the same problem and if so, how can I fix it?
