Stuck on waiting for synchronisation Cintiq 16

I have tried everything from installing the latest driver 6.4.12-3 to updating to the latest OS on my mac 26.2. I have also seen the Security and Privacy and all wacom files have all access to Accessibility, Screen Recording, Input Monitoring. Ive spent almost 7 hours trying to debug the issue. I also tried changing my 3 in 1 cable, i ordered a new one a month ago, just to have a backup, but the same issue persists. the hdmi and the usb are connected directly to my Mac Mini 21.

  Have you confirmed if the Wacom driver is allowed to run in the back ground?
