After MacOS 26.3.1 update, PTH-860 Intuos Pro L will only connect when USB is unplugged, via Bluetooth
After upgrading to MacOS 26.3.1, I cannot get my Intuos Pro to connect to my MacStudio while plugged in via USB.
If I unplug the tablet it will connect via Bluetooth, but as soon as I plug the tablet back into USB the tablet drops the Bluetooth connection, the device immediately becomes unresponsive, and Wacom Center reports that it cannot detect any connected devices. Unplugging the device restores Bluetooth connectivity immediately and Wacom Center reports a connected device.
I am running the current Wacom driver (6.4.12-3), Mac Studio M1 Max, OS 26.3.1.
This behavior began AFTER I upgraded to MacOS 26.3.1, but before I updated the Wacom Driver to 6.4.12-3. Updating the driver temporarily fixed the issue, but restarting the computer caused the issue to manifest again.

I resolved this by, I think "resetting" my Intuos pro 2025 (PTK670) tablet. My issue was on MacOS Tahoe 26.4.1 (25E253).
Nothing like reinstalling all software and drivers seemed to work. Only BT gave a connection. But no connection over a direct attached USB cable with the tablet selector slider-button on USB.
I held the on button for about 20 seconds (with the selector on USB setting without a cable connected) until the white light on the tablet stopped all flashing patterns. I than connected the USB cable and the light became yellow and the connection was reestablished with the tablet showing in system information and de Wacom Center. Working like it should.
I hope this helps anyone.
