MovinkPad pro 14 display from my desktop

I'm trying use mirroring or display on my MovinkPad 14. I did follow the instructions and download MovinkPad 14 image pen display app on my pc. For some I can not connect and wht??

  I'm having the exact same issue on my Macbook. I've gone through all the steps on both the device and my laptop, but my computer won't see the Wacom. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but it never fully cycles.
  
  I'd like to nuke the whole thing and start from scratch - get the laptop back to settings before I even started - but I don't know how to get all the driver gunk off of my computer to start fresh. (If that even IS the solution!)
  
  If anyone has a suggested solution for this, I'd really appreciate it!
