Movink Pro 14 won't connect to PC

I am experiencing issues with my tablet hooking to my PC. I have tried both a laptop and gaming computer. I did all of the necessary instructions to get everything set up. I installed the Instant Pen Display for my computer and followed all of the instructions, and it will not go past "Update." It will let me click Update, showed a circle loading there, and does nothing. What can I do to get this thing hooked up? I've even uninstalled everything and reinstalled. Nothing is working, and support isn't contacting me soon enough. If someone knows what I can do please help me out! TIA
