[Feature request] [Appeal] Wacom Notes - Offline version

Wacom Notes is hands down, the absolute best application for writing notes and sketching up ideas.

Seems a real shame to completely ditch it without any replacement (or even competition).

Based on the Wacom Note synchronization bugs, I understand they had great trouble maintaining the synchronization aspect of it. But even without the synchronization, Wacom Notes is simply unmatched.

Microsoft's Journal and Whiteboard are okay alternatives, but they just don't come close to usability Wacom Notes offers for a stylus centric workflow.

Maybe someone will come along and fill the gap, but I'm not holding my breath.
