wacom driver forget itself

Hello Wacom!

Please help, the driver for wacom keeps forgetting itself, I have to restart it every time, but it also doesn't remember that I installed the driver when I restart it. It's quite an annoying problem, I don't know the solution. Please help me. I have win 11. thanks! :-(
