Wacom Studio Pro USB PORT broken/not working.

Had my wacom studio pro for a lil under 5 months and 2 out of the 3 usb ports arent working. Need to look i to my warranty but not sure where to start. Looking for the option with the QUICKEST solution, as i need this tablet computer for work. Any suggestions or help?

  If the ports are really not working at all, please check with your regional support team: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support

  For the time being, as an in-between solution, you can try to get a multiport adapter compatible with USB-C with power delivery which will allow you to connect other things to the MobileStudio Pro while still being able to charge it.

  Hi, I have exactly the same issue as this and it means I can't keep my external hard drive updated.

  I was wondering if there are multiport adapters that are compatible with the mobile studio pro with power delivery as lots that I have looked at say not suitable for tablets. Would anyone be able to recommend anything?
