Touch is not working on Wacom PTH 460
I have Wacom PTH 460
The switch is on but the touch is not working.
Driver Version 6.4.7-3.
Device info: Model PTH-460, Version 1.1.1.0
Touch info: Version 0.0.4.0, Status 0
The protective film PLTH461 is pasted on the tablet.
Operating system Windows 11 Pro 23H2.

Was it ever working with the protective film?
Is the Touch driver service running if you check the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)?

I can't say exactly. I noticed when the film was already pasted. Do you think the film can block the operation of touch sensors and it makes sense to try to tear it off?
All drivers (Task Manager) work properly.

I'm not sure about the film. I never used one before. If it was working before than it would not be a problem I would say.
If the Touchservice is running, then there is probably an issue with the Touch Sensor. Can you try the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495072390039-How-can-I-diagnose-a-Touch-issue-with-my-Wacom-device
