no wacom detected

Hello my Wacom One is not connecting to my HP Laptop 14-dq6xxx.  It is updated to windows 11.  Is there something else I need to do to get it to connect? I downloaded the drivers and there were no errors.

  Thanks for reaching out. Can you specify which version of the Wacom ONE? Is is the pen tablet or pen display? 

  Are the power LEDs on the tablet reacting? Do you hear Windows reacting when you plug and/or unplug the USB cable?

  I have the Wacom ONE 12, 2023 version Pen display.

  The power LED light flashes when plugged into this computer.  There is no noticeable sound when it is plugged in. 

  When the app is opened it says the Wacom device is not connected.

  I see your model has and HDMI and USBs but no USB-C port capable of video transfer or power delivery so I will recommend you to use use the 3-in-1 cable connection if you are not using it already.

  Using the 3 in 1 cable will all for the video transfer? Will the 3 in 1 cable have to be plugged in to the power outlet every time it is used?

  You computer doesn't have power delivery so you will need to power the Wacom ONE with it's own power supply, yes.
